NaTran has set up the Renewable Gas Service Centre, a unit dedicated to you, our producer customers, throughout the operational phase of your anaerobic digestion plant. The CSGR handles all your requests with the support of specialised technical teams.

Day-to-day support

The CSGR provides day-to-day support on a range of issues (ou various topics), such as injection stoppages, persistent faults or anomalies that make restarting difficult, work and maintenance planning, metering issues, monitoring of ongoing cases, and any general questions.

The CSGR proactively shares its recommendations and best practices through a toolkit and thematic memo sheets that can be downloaded from the toolkit below.

How to contact the CSGR?

The CSGR can be reached Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.

*Please note that for any gas safety emergencies (smell of gas, pressure risk, safety of people and property), the Regional Monitoring Centre (CSR) remains your point of contact. In addition, outside CSGR hours, for injection stoppages, you will be referred to the CSR.
