The energy transition starts here

At NaTran, it's the men and women who bring the energy transition to life every day.
Campagne Métiers et recrutement 2026

A year after its name change, NaTran is launching its first Profession campaign. An immersive campaign highlighting the men and women across France who are taking concrete action to transform gas transmission and support the energy transition.

Putting the energy transition into practice

By becoming NaTran in 2025, the company has affirmed a clear ambition: to develop the transport of all gases that contribute to decarbonisation and energy sovereignty - biomethane, hydrogen and CO2 - in France and Europe.

With this Employer brand campaign, NaTran has chosen to make this ambition tangible. Through the professions, territories and faces of those who bring its NaTran 2030 corporate project to life, the company shows how the energy transition is being built, on the ground, every day. And wishes to attract the talents of tomorrow.

The yellow tag, the main theme of the campaign

Symbolising the gas transmission network that criss-crosses France, the yellow tag occupies a central place in the campaign.

It is at the heart of the visuals and echoes the previous campaign, "The road to energy transition", dedicated to the transformation of the network to collect ever more renewable and low-carbon gases.

Today, it embodies the continuity of this transformation, highlighting those who make it possible on a daily basis.

Working at NaTran means acting for the transition

Shot entirely in the studio, the campaign adopts a clean, dynamic visual approach.
Real NaTran employees move around in an immersive setting, illustrating the diversity of the company's activities and what it actually means to work at NaTran.

Each profession described is a gateway to understanding the challenges of transition, the skills involved and the meaning given to the tasks.

From 18 May 2026, the campaign will run digitally on social networks, major platforms and online media, as well as in the regional press and on local billboards near major French industrial areas.
