Reporting an ethical incident
Would you like to report facts that you feel run counter to our ethical commitments?
This form is part of NaTran's ethics and compliance whistleblowing system. It allows employees and external collaborators (temporary staff, employees of a service provider...) or occasional employees (fixed-term contracts, apprentices, trainees...) of NaTran, as well as third parties to make a report in accordance with the "Sapin II" law of 9 December 2016, relating to transparency, the fight against corruption and the modernisation of economic life.
It can be used in the event of a situation that highlights a departure from our ethical commitments. It is also used if you wish to bring to our attention facts that correspond to one of the following situations:
- a crime or,
- an offence or,
- a threat or harm to the general interest or,
- a violation or an attempt to conceal a violation:
- of a law or regulation,
- of an international commitment ratified by France,
- of a unilateral act of an international organisation taken on the basis of an international commitment duly ratified or approved by France, or;
- a serious risk to public health or the environment from products or manufacturing processes used or implemented by the company.

These rights may be exercised by contacting NaTran's Data Protection Officer by e-mail at protectiondesdonnees@natrangroupe.com or by post at the following address: NaTran - Data Protection Officer- Immeuble Bora, 6 rue Raoul Nordling, 92270 Bois-Colombes. You are also informed that you can assert your rights before the CNIL regarding the processing of your data by NaTran.
The information provided on this form must not fall within the scope of national defence secrecy, medical secrecy, the secrecy of judicial deliberations, the secrecy of judicial inquiries or investigations or the professional secrecy of lawyers.
The disclosure of personal data, such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses or any other information that could identify a person other than yourself, is governed by French law. The latter aims to protect the privacy and security of individuals in terms of personal data protection. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in ensuring that everyone's personal data is respected and protected by limiting the communication of such information to that strictly necessary to understand the situation described.
