Purchasing at NaTran
Within its CSR Finance and Purchasing Department, NaTran identifies suppliers that can meet its needs and strives to implement terms of collaboration that take into account the performance objectives of each stakeholder.
Ethical and responsible purchases
In order to establish ethical, sustainable, and transparent relationships with its suppliers, in line with its ethics and compliance policy, NaTran is committed to respecting the Supplier Relations Charter. NaTran attaches particular importance to the safety of people and property and shares this priority with its suppliers.
The stages of the purchasing process at NaTran
The main stages of the purchasing process are now paperless, from consultation to invoicing. This digitization is carried out via SAP Ariba and Sy by Cegedim. It enables compliance with the provisions of the Economic Modernization Act of August 4, 2008, regarding payment terms and deadlines, as well as the digitization of invoices. For certain equipment or services, suppliers must be qualified in order to be included in this system.

Provided they comply with NaTran's fundamental requirements, suppliers have fair and standardized access to organized consultations. In some cases, specific qualifications are required, depending on the nature of the materials or services involved.
