Results of the 2025 customer satisfaction survey
Your satisfaction is at the heart of our commitment. Each year, we reach out to you through a dedicated survey to better understand your expectations, assess your level of satisfaction, and jointly identify areas for improvement.
The 2025 edition of our survey, conducted by a specialized independent firm from July 1st to October 10th, 2025, confirmed overall very positive results. You have a very strong perception of NaTran, you value our products and services, and you acknowledge the quality of our gas. We must remain attentive to maintaining the high level of satisfaction in our commercial relationship, particularly regarding the availability and expertise you highlight. In this regard, the implementation of the Renewable Gas Service Center (CSGR) is a NaTran initiative appreciated by our producer clients.
Finally, this year’s results highlight the progress made in our information system and encourage us to continue improving our digital tools, notably Ingrid and Smart.

Thanks to your responses, NaTran is pleased to announce a donation of €2,900 to the association “La Péniche du Cœur” (Les Restos du Cœur), to support people in need this winter.
Once again this year, we had committed to doubling this donation once 150 questionnaires were completed. With 145 responses, this threshold was unfortunately not reached, and the additional contribution could not be applied.
Your participation is essential and enables us to contribute to a meaningful cause while continuing to improve our services. Thank you for your involvement, and we look forward to continuing to make a difference together next year!
