Update to our Purchasing-Suppliers section

Find all the essentials to make your experience with NaTran easier.

The Supplier-Purchasing section is intended for companies that already have a contract with NaTran, as well as those that wish to do so. It provides you with the keys to understanding all the processes and actions implemented in terms of responsible and ethical purchasing. You will also find useful resources, regulations, and our contact details.

What can you find in our Purchasing-Suppliers section?

This section presents the three main purchasing categories (Engineering Maintenance, General Purchasing, IT Purchasing), our missions, and the two types of contracts (standard contracts and framework agreements). It also includes useful documents: general terms and conditions, personal data protection clause, and a presentation of our NaTran2030 business plan from a purchasing perspective.

This section highlights our five principles in line with our ethics and compliance policy. It describes several measures and commitments, such as operational security, decarbonization of the purchasing process, and our actions alongside the sheltered and adapted work sector (STPA).

This section describes our now paperless purchasing process and the associated tools. It also outlines two initiatives designed to strengthen our supplier relationships: feedback (REX) and supplier reviews.

This section describes the four conditions for becoming a NaTran supplier:

  • meet NaTran's basic requirements and legal requirements,
  • accept the GTC and GTC for consultations,
  • fournir ses docs légaux sur Aprovall (ex e-attestation),provide legal documents on Aprovall (e.g., e-certificate),
  • be certified for segments that require it.
