March 8, 2026 - They are technicians, engineers, researchers, mechanics, computer scientists... they work at NaTran.
On International Women's Day, March 8, we are shining a spotlight on women who play key roles in our industrial, technical, and scientific professions.
They are present in all of our activities and contribute every day to transforming our professions.
“On International Women's Day, I want to reiterate a strong conviction: we must work collectively to change our models. So that these journeys are no longer remarkable, but become normal.”Sandrine Meunier

The feminization of our professions...
... A lasting commitment
For several years now, we have been taking concrete steps to increase the presence of women in all our professions. Representations are changing, career paths are diversifying, and new vocations are emerging.
Our ambition:
- make female role models more visible,
- promote women's access to all professions,
- create inclusive work environments,
- encourage vocations among future generations.
