On International Women's Day, March 8, we are shining a spotlight on women who play key roles in our industrial, technical, and scientific professions.
They are present in all of our activities and contribute every day to transforming our professions.

For several years now, we have been taking concrete steps to increase the presence of women in all our professions. Representations are changing, career paths are diversifying, and new vocations are emerging.
