NaTran is doing its part to ensure its customers have access to competitive and increasingly sustainable energy.
With decreasing volumes transported and a decrease in the associated revenue over time, NaTran is implementing performance-boosting measures to optimise its costs in an effort to reduce the cost of biomethane facilities.
The target set for 2024 of a 23% decrease in the cost of injection and reverse flow facilities was reached. The installation cost of reverse flow facilities has decreased from €3 million in 2019 to €2.5 million in 2024.
These results are the outcome of standardisation and professional development efforts carried out by the teams as part of a performance plan for the 2020–2024 period.
