As part of NaTran’s drive to contribute to customer satisfaction, and more specifically to meet the expectations of biomethane producers, the company set up the Renewable Gas Service Centre (CSGR) last September. This centre is dedicated to centralising and processing requests from new customers.
Previously, biomethane producers could have up to four different contacts depending on the problem they were facing. From now on, they'll only have to deal with a single contact.
This initiative was made possible thanks to customer feedback, insights from field operations and strong collaboration across the Group’s departments.
